Planes! Trains! Automobiles!...and Ships!! This colorful book is so fantastic for your travel photos - it is small, yet holds a ton of photos! I do this by adding lots of extra photo flaps - lift up one photo to reveal another, or maybe even to reveal two more photos! I have also inserted two full plastic pages that hold 4 and 6 photos each (the first holds (4) 4 x 6, and the second holds (8) 3x4 ). So, this in total book has ***49 specific photo spaces*** , plus plenty of room in a pocket page in the middle and a big envelope to store extra photos in. To top everything off, I've left plenty of spaces for you to write about your adventure!
I put a lot of time and detail into these books...each is completely unique; I wouldn't make anything that I wouldn't put my own photos in!

I will ship upon payment, usually within 1-3 days (unless we discuss otherwise). Domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking; all international orders ship First Class International via USPS.
I am not responsible for orders lost by the post office - if you want an alternate shipping method, please let me know.
Domestic orders, I ship via USPS and they generally do a good job getting you your merchandise! However, sometimes they mark something as delivered, yet it wasn't...in this case, I first ask that you check the post office. I personally have had this happen to me a few times, and the post office has had it most every time. If it is still marked as delivered and they do not have it, please contact me. We can try to work something out that we are both happy with; for smaller card orders, I'm happy to re-ship your item. For larger orders, yarn, oil holders, pre-made scrapbooks, or custom orders, please contact me and we can figure something out.
International orders, as I mentioned, your package will go First Class International via USPS, unless you specify otherwise. I am not responsible for things that get lost in international transport, but I will try to work with you to figure something out (partial refund, re-ship with extra shipping cost, etc). SO, if you know of a better or more reliable way to ship to your country, please let me know!! I want you to get what you order :)
Buyers are responsible for any in-bound duties/VAT/customs fees charged by their country.
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.

Returns & exchanges
First, please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way, and I will do my best to fix the situation!
As long as the item is still in LIKE-NEW condition, I can do full refunds for any non-custom items.
If a product is damaged, I will happily replace the damaged item as quickly as possible. If it is damaged, I would simply ask that you send me a photo of the damaged parts...in some cases, I may ask you to send it back so that I can fix it and sell it in the future.
Custom items: Unfortunately, all custom items are one of a kind and cannot be refunded. I can consider partial refunds with the return of the product - it just depends on whether or not I can re-sell it, or re-work it to resell it.
