All cookie orders are shipped via USPS Priority. I can provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We can not be held responsible for delays such as postal delays, weather delays, customs delays or postal strikes. I do not offer refunds in such cases.
Non perishable orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) from date of purchase with USPS First Class. Orders can be upgraded to Priority. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade and I will create an additional PRIORITY SHIPPING listing for you to purchase.
USPS can occasionally be unreliable with service times and deliveries. If you wish to upgrade to Express Shipping or would prefer to use a courier such as UPS or FedEx, please contact me for a quote.
All orders must be paid in full when placing your order and payment can be made via PayPal.
Returns & exchanges
All orders are packaged carefully and labeled FRAGILE to ensure their arrival with little to no breakage, although, damages can sometimes occur. I do not offer refunds in such cases due to the fact that I do not have control over how your package is handled once shipped. If you are concerned about breakage, I strongly recommend ordering 10% more than what you may need.
No returns or exchanges are available for non perishable items. If you receive a damaged item or product, please send us proof and we will handle issues as soon as possible.
Dolce Bakery is not a nut free kitchen. Items may come in contact with nuts, soy and other allergens.
Since all cookies are made to order, some may vary slightly in size, shape or color.
Colors may bleed due to changes in temperature, moisture levels or general fluxuation of the weather.
Please take caution when removing cookies from packaging. If sticking occurs, gently peel the cellophane away from cookies. DO NOT PULL!
