We try to ship the majority of our products within one business day. We do not ship over the weekend. We ship most of our items USPS. Tracking information will be provided with all purchases within the United States. We hold the right to refuse shipment to particular countries or buyers.
International Buyers – Please Note: Items are sent USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service or USPS Priority Mail International. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Returns are not accepted for International Buyers. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds available if dissatisfied. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Refund will be made once received.
