Returns & exchanges
All sales are final - no returns. Please ask your questions before you purchase; I do my best to describe items but I'm happy to clarify anything that needs it? If you want to prevent loss or damage during shipping, insurance is advised. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping - blame the USPS. Let me know pre-purchase and the insurance cost will be added to your invoice. If the USPS leaves you a slip to go pickup your item PLEASE DO SO. If it is returned to me, as the sender, you will have to pay shipping costs AGAIN. The USPS does not offer FREE SHIPPING! In this case ONLY, I would offer a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.
I welcome requests for books, supplies etc that you may be looking for as I am a big thrift store and yard sale scavenger. I love the hunt! I also sell on amazon.com as hhorseheaven at: www.amazon.com/shops/hhorseheaven
If you find books there you would like to purchase thru etsy please let me know and I can set up a reserve for you here.
When purchasing vintage items, please note , most vintage items may not be absolutely 'perfect' due to age/handling, etc. If you have a question on something you see in a photo, or would like more closeups, please ask. I do my best to represent each item as honestly as I can, but like vintage goods, I'm not perfect either :)
