The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your product, this may be an error on my part. I am human and I make mistakes. If there is a defect, shoot me an email and let me know that it is not up to standard, and I will either refund or send you a new product; depending on availability.
Simply not liking a product will not be grounds for a refund or new product shipment.
