Ryeland Sheep are traditional British sheep. The breed was developed by monks in Herefordshire over 800 years ago. The wool is much sought after for knitting, weaving and spinning. The staple length of the fleece is 5-8cm. Our wool is Natural, undyed and white. It is supplied in 50g balls at a cost of £3.95. We also supply washed and carded Ryeland Wool slivers also supplied in 50g balls at a cost of £1.80 and again in Natural White.
