Our headoffice is based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. However, your items will usually be shipped from Israel (our studio) within 10-15 business days of receiving cleared payment.
All jewelry orders will be sent beautifully wrapped with Gift Hard Box and Organza Bag with no extra charge.
Items to USA are sent via DHL and take 8 days to arrive. This is included in the regular shipping cost. You can track the package in UPS website on the first 3-4 days and in the USPS website afterwards.
Orders to other destinations are usually shipped via Israel registered International mail. This generally takes 10-15 business days. It may take longer if customs decides to hold your package. We have no control over customs delays. If you require Express Shipping, please use the upgrade shipping upon check-out or order it as separate item. During holidays shipping time may take longer!!!
FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-5 estimated business days, depending on destination and can take longer during the holidays), please let me know and use the upgrade shipping upon check-out! The rate will be an additional 20$ for all international destinations. You can pay for the Fast shipping in a separate listing as well.
We accept payment only via Paypal. Please make payment at the time of purchase. If no payment is received after 7 working days, the transaction will unfortunately be cancelled. You can pay using the Paypal checkout even if you don't have a Paypal account. Simply click 'pay with credit/debit card' after selecting Paypal as your chosen method of payment. If you wish to have something custom made to your requirements, please feel free to contact me. I will only be able to process the order after payment has been cleared.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We work hard to get you the finest quality products and the excellent service you deserve. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order and receive a full refund. We will refund items that are sent within 10 days of the delivery. Please contact us immediately with your refund request. Please note that shipping fees are NOT refunded.
The item returned should be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), and with the original box/package. Engraved items with a private signature or mark and any item designed specifically according to your custom request are non-returnable.

In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We guarantee that your order will be made to the exact size and width you specify. We can craft your ring to be 1/4 or 1/2 size increments to get the perfect fit. We can make your ring any size up to size 16. Most items can be resized. If resizing is needed, we can resize the item for a 20$ fee plus regular shipping (9$).
