Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you don't love it send the item(s) you purchased back in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any postage fees (this includes any return postage fees). Please include a copy of your original invoice with the returned item(s) clearly marked and a note explaining the reason for the return because your feedback is very valuable to us.
Exceptions: Gift cards, special/custom orders and close-out/clearance/liquidation items are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
Sometimes mistakes happen and sometimes items arrive damaged. When this happens, we will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement, whichever option you prefer. Damaged, defective and/or incorrect items will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.
