Order processing and shipping normally occurs within 3-5 days from receipt of payment. We strive to process and ship all outstanding orders at least twice a week.
Our preferred shipping method is the US Postal Service First Class Mail (includes Delivery Confirmation in the US).
If you need expedited shipping, First Class Priority Mail with 2-5 day delivery is available. Federal Express (Fed Ex) shipping is also available however, a non-refundable $2.00 shipping and handling fee will be added for orders less than $100.00 for Fed Ex shipping. Please contact us before purchasing an item if you require expedited shipping.
For international orders, We ship through USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery can take up to 15-20 days. Keep in mind that though it may take up to 15-20 days to reach your country it may be held up in customs for several more days.
Note: International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
Payment will be handled through Paypal or the Etsy direct checkout. If you would like to pay using a different method, please contact us before making your purchase.
Returns & exchanges

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund (minus actual shipping costs) within 3 days once the unused item has been received by us.
Any items damaged in shipping transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If you do not report the damage we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
Due to the overwhelming response for new molds and our production goals to get our shop fully stocked we are not accepting custom requests at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Custom orders may be accepted on a case by case basis. Custom molds be subject to retooling fees, minimum order quantities, and long lead times.
