Because I desire to meet the expectation for each customer's request as well as my own, it takes a certain amount of time to fill each order. I do not rush orders through, cut corners or skimp on the time it takes to create a quality item. Please note that I may have orders to complete before your item is started. To be fair to all, I begin work on items in the order they are purchased. Occasionally, involved or multiple items may take longer. Some items can ship within days. I strive to complete all orders as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have a deadline for delivery. I look forward to working with you!
For best results I recommend hand washing and hang to dry. Your diapers will stay looking new much longer and give you longer wearing time. Close Velcro when washing
Normally I process all orders in the order that I receive them. Delays sometimes occur during holiday or peak times of shipping.
Please plan accordingly with your orders.
Customers purchasing multiple items may have extended production times dependent on items purchased and quantity ordered, if you have questions or need your items by a specific date please feel free to contact me.
Most items are shipped First Class. I offer priority shipping as an alternative as priority shipping will include insurance up to $50.00 in case your packages is lost.
I can not be responsible if the address you have on file is incorrect. If you move please change your address with the Post Office. If you do not leave a forwarding address and the post office can't deliver your package they will send it back to me. I will have to charge you and extra shipping charge in order to ship your package back to you.
International buyer are responsible for payment of all customs duties, VAT, and taxes charged by their country.
I offer both direct checkout with a credit card or PayPal for payment.
Returns & exchanges
For health reasons I cannot accept returns on diapers and belly bands that have been worn. If you have a problem with one of these items please contact me for a resolution. I am sure we can work it out to your satisfaction.
I do not accept returns on custom orders. Please measure your dog carefully. If I have to alter the pattern I can not offer a refund.
I accept returns and or exchanges on all other items within 14 days of receipt. I will give a full refund of the purchase item minus the shipping charges. If you return an item for another size the price will be adjusted for the exchange and new shipping charges will apply.
Please measure carefully per my instructions to insure a correct fit.

I do custom orders almost exclusively. I can make changes to all of the items listed. Just let me know when you order if you want no tail hole, or any other other changes such as different, less, more or no trim. I can also offer a different fabric than shown. I do not accept refunds on a custom orders.
I do get many requests for custom orders. I ask that if I actually create a custom order for you that you purchase that listing. I takes time and money to create an order especially for you and if you do not pay for the order I have lost time and money which is something we all understand.
