Item details

These simple chart patterns will help you make three classic symbols of Sherlock Holmes, as well as Holmes' and Watson's door number. They were created in preparation for the Sherlocked USA convention in May 2018, but now they are available to the general public!

The gauge is 2 st and 2 row = square, so you can adapt the patterns to just about any single-unit assembly craft (such as melting beads). They come in two different files; the Hat, Magnifier, and Pipe pattern includes approximate stitch counts to assist your adaptation efforts in a few common crafts.

If you have any questions, or want any help in adapting the patterns, just send me a message!

File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Payments

Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Certain custom items are separated into 2 payments. PAYMENT 1: Half of total labor (includes pattern, crochet, and mounting fee). PAYMENT 2: Half of total labor; materials*; shipping*; overtime fee^*

* Determined after completion of project.

^ Overtime fee is ONLY applied if the project is completed more than 1 week after the original estimated completion date, and is charged per extra week (7 calendar days). Days 1 through 6 qualify as 1 week. The fee may apply to all custom projects that extend beyond their estimated completion date.

Returns & exchanges

Patterns are nonrefundable if they have been downloaded. If you have any concerns with your pattern purchase, please contact me BEFORE you download anything.

PAYMENT 1 of Custom Projects is not refundable. PAYMENT 2 is refundable only until the item is shipped.

Additional policies

In the interest of keeping on schedule and avoiding the Overtime Fee, each completed face in a custom portrait gets one rework.

When discussing your custom artwork, please advise me of your availability to respond to emails (daily, 1-2 times/week, etc). This will help me accurately estimate a completion date.
