You will receive tracking information from PayPal or FedEx. Tracking information is automatically generated and sent to your email address. Please update your email address if not current.
Once your items are shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost/stolen packages (include your apartment/suite number in the shipping address if applicable).
Free insurance will automatically be added to all orders of $100 +. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to add insurance to orders under $100.

Returns & exchanges
100% money back if you are returning items as a result of our error. 100% less shipping and 10% restocking fee if any other reason. Items must be securely packed same way they were when received. They have to be unused, undamaged, and shipped with a tracking number. Please don't bend the bows as that would result in a permanent damage. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
No returns on extra large pre-made bows (10" or larger), pre-notched bows, and custom bows.
