♦ SHIPPING: I will carefully package and ship your order within three business days, I normally ship within 48 hours. A shipping notification will be sent as soon as your order is ready to be shipped, these notices are automatically sent to your email address associated with your Etsy account.
♦ SHIPPING RATES: I calculate shipping prices based on the furthest distance, (West Coast to East Coast) if you are closer YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE MAY BE LESS. I will automatically reimburse you for any shipping charge overage of $2 or more, this includes COMBINED SHIPPING RATES FOR 2 OR MORE ITEMS, and applies to INTERNATIONAL orders as well.
♦ COMBINED SHIPPING: I gladly offer combined shipping discounts for two or more items. Some larger or extremely fragile items must be shipped separately, these items do not have a "with another item" price option discount on the listing. There are no refunds on combined shipping even if one piece breaks. However, this will be negotiated on an individual basis.
♦ PLEASE double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address.
♦ SHIPPING METHODS: •If your packaged order weighs 15 oz. or less it will be sent USPS First Class Mail, 2-5 days for delivery. There is an option to upgrade to Priority Mail for a small fee. Insurance is included on all fragile items.
•If your packaged order weighs 16 oz. or more it will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 days for delivery. Insurance is automatically included in all Priority Mail shipments. (To avoid an oversized package fee some items may need to be shipped by Parcel Select, rather than Priority Mail, I will notify you of any changes.)
•Some oversized, large or heavy items, will be shipped by Parcel Select, insurance will be included.
•Delivery confirmation (tracking) is included on all packages in the US and most international destinations.
•International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International, (there is a four-pound maximum weight limit per package), insurance is included in the shipping rate. Import fees/taxes are not included.
♦ SHIPPING INSURANCE: Insurance is included in the listed shipping rate for any fragile item, whether it is shipped by First Class Mail or Priority Mail. (Insurance is free with Priority Mail.) Insurance coverage on Priority Mail shipping is through the USPS, insurance on First Class, Parcel Select and International First Class is through U-PIC Insurance Services.
♦ ALASKA & HAWAII CUSTOMERS: the US shipping charge is for the lower 48 states only, please contact me prior to purchase, I MAY need to adjust the shipping charge. (There is normally no extra charge)

♦IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING CHARGES: While it may appear that the shipping charge listed is specifically for your zip code, it is actually for anywhere in the United States (or your country). ♦ IS YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECT? Please double check your shipping address before placing your order (Please note that if an item is returned it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping and handling to be shipped again. If an order is canceled due to going out to the wrong address and the buyer prefers to cancel the order other than ship the item again there is a $10.00 restocking fee).

♦ PAYPAL PAYMENTS: PayPal requires orders to be sent to the Confirmed Address on your PayPal account if your address has changed please update your PayPal account before placing your order. I would be happy to reserve an item for you (for up to three days) while you are in the process of changing your address and having it confirmed. Or, if you are in a hurry, you may want to pay directly through Etsy's Direct Checkout with your credit card.
♦INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be paid through Etsy's Direct Check Out system (Credit card). No returns or refunds will be accepted for all international orders. International orders in most places cannot be insured.
♦INTERNATIONAL IMPORT FEES: International customers are responsible for any duties, fees, taxes, tariffs, and/or VATs (Value Added Taxes). If you are unsure of the import fees/regulations for your country, please contact your local Customs office for more information. I am not authorized to collect your country's import fees and taxes, nor are they included in your purchase price or shipping costs. Please research this because some items can be costly.
The purchase price (declared value) of your item will be listed on the customs form, and your item will be marked as "merchandise". I am unable to mark your merchandise as "gift" on the customs form, as it is illegal to do so and I cannot put myself or my business at risk for fines and/or legal action.
♦ CANCELLATION: If needing to cancel an order please let me know as soon as quickly as possible, Cancellations will only be accepted with 24 hours of placing an order, unless there are special circumstances. If the order is shipped then I can not cancel. There is a seven-day cancellation waiting period to transfer funds back to my Etsy account. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for returned and canceled items because of the item not being listed the chances of it to sell plus the cost of relisting, labor, etc is what the restocking fee covers in costs.

REFUNDS CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND RESTOCKING FEE POLICIES:
A Customer's happiness and satisfaction are my top priorities and your satisfaction is very important to me. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact me immediately... I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Be assured that I carefully describe items in my shop as accurately as possible, and disclose any noticeable imperfections, so there are no surprises to the buyer. Every item in my shop is at least 20 years old, many are 50+ years old, it is rare that they will be perfect If you are unsure about anything or have any questions at all, please ask prior to purchase. I answer inquiries promptly!
♦ RETURNS: If you receive something that you are unhappy with, contact me, I will try my best to work with you to resolve the problem. Any request for returns due to the description not matching all requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
If a return and subsequent refund are approved, it will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only, minus shipping charged, with the understanding that buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and returned by the same shipping method, with delivery confirmation (and insurance for fragile items). Items must be mailed (with delivery confirmation) within 7 days of having received the approval.
♦ RESTOCKING FEE: There is a $5.00 restocking fee for all returned and canceled items. When an item is purchased it is no longer available for sale. The cost of shipping via materials and labor as well as the item now has to be restocked and listed on Etsy again with fees being incurred. This is why I have to charge a restocking fee because it is costly when an item is a described in the listing and is returned because of reasons other than broken or damaged during shipping or not as described.
♦ INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address.
♦ VINTAGE ITEMS may be delicate, so please take good care once they arrive at your home. I offer no guarantees for wear or durability. If you have questions about cleaning or caring for your item, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
♦ ELECTRICAL ITEMS are tested prior to being listed, if they don't work, I don't list them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL ELECTRICAL VINTAGE ITEMS, FROM MY SHOP, OR ANY OTHER SHOP, BE TESTED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN AND BE REWIRED IF NECESSARY.
♦ ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING: I pack extremely well and have had very few items that have broken during transit, I do include insurance on most fragile items however they are not marked fragile. If an item is marked fragile USPS charges an additional $10 plus to ship the item on top of the cost of your regular shipping fees . In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, please contact me immediately, (within seven days of receipt) that way if you need help filing the claim I can help you through the process. If for some reason I am required to file the claim I will need photos as listed below and there is a 6 to 8 week waiting period for the claim to process and once the claim is processed and no other claims were filed with the same label number, I will then issue you a refund. The reason for the waiting period is because I need to make sure no other claims were processed on the same item prior to my claim. I feel awful for having to have this policy but I have found it necessary. To file a USPS Insurance Claim it is extremely important that several photos are taken of the damaged item, as well as the packing and the shipping box, Insurance companies often require photo proof. Save everything, the broken item, the box and packaging material, you may need them to file a claim. Contact me and I will gather the information necessary to help you file the insurance claim.
Additional Policies and FAQs: ♦ My household is non-smoking, however, there is a chance that an item was exposed to cigarette smoke before I acquired it. Any odors will be noted on the listing. I have a pet-friendly home.

♦ I try to display the colors of each item as accurately as possible, however, every camera and monitor may reproduce colors differently, therefore the colors that you see may be slightly different from the actual colors.
