This knitting zippered bag is deep enough to fit 2 skeins of yarn. I’ve added a key holder to attach your keys when taking your projects on the go. All fabrics are 100% cotton. It is stable enough to stand on its own while you work on your project. This adorable knitting pouch is perfect as a gift for anyone. The zipper keeps everything neatly and clean when not in use. I make everything in my smoke free studio.

Shipping Information

I ship to the address that you provide so please DOUBLE CHECK that the info is correct!

We ship only in USA and use Calculated Shipping rates are shown at the time your order is placed. Please note I will send you an e-receipt with the tracking number once your item has shipped. We try to do our best to ship your items within 3-5 days in most cases where the product is ready for shipping this CAN change based on the amount of orders received especially during our peak times such as Christmas. Also note we have day jobs and we run our business based on this as we are a family owned business. Please consider this when placing your order. If you need an item in less than the time frame noted above please convo with us. I will notify you if for some reason your order has been delayed.

I use USPS shipping rates which are calculated based on your location as well as time frame. Please note I have no control over the USPS mail system regardless of shipping method.
Shipping charges are non-REFUNDABLE on items that have been lost in the mail

Payment is expected at time of sale. I accept PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards. If you would like a custom order payment in full is expected before I begin your order.Please note in the event we are not able to contact you via the email you provided or through Etsy conversation regarding your order we will issue a gift certificate for the full amount you paid to be use in our shop at a later date. For buyers in New York State I charge the average sales tax of 8.75% (percent as of 1/2015)

Our shop is open Monday-Friday closed Holidays and weekends you may still place your order but please note we will not be able to begin working on it until the first business day.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any problems with your order please contact me ASAP to get it squared away.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded on items that have already shipped or lost in the mail.

To be eligible for exchange, you must first convo with us no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the item via Etsy convo to alert us of the damage, defect, or error and then follow the instructions in the reply you receive. If you are instructed to return the item to us, in order to qualify for replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the item we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you a convo to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom orders are not refundable for ANY reason.
