I usually use U S Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt . I am not responsible for the items once the Post Office notifies me of Delivery date & time. Therefore, if you wish your items insured, please contact me for rates prior to ordering. UPS and FEDEX deliveries are also available. I can only ship to the same address as the Credit Card. If an item is returned, the shipping, insurance, & my Etsy fees are deducted from your refund amount. The return shipping fees are your responsibility. The same applies if an item is returned for exchange, plus there may be additional shipping fees charged for the new items shipped.
A 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged on any orders shipped to North Carolina. Payment is expected at the time of the order through PayPal, VISA, M/C, Discover or Etsy Gift Cards..

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
FINAL SALE Items may not be returned or exchanged as they are indeed a Final Sale. Regular purchases that are returned or exchanged without A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Requests for RA # must be made with 3 days of the date of Confirmed Delivery Tracking Number. The returned items must be in the original condition, with tags, and have never been worn. The return items must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization # I want the customer to be happy with the products, but we must have guidelines. I am happy to work with customers on custom orders or custom fitting. For best results please follow the Laundry & Cleaning Instructions that are sent with each garment. I use only the finest fabrics. I have worked with these fabrics for many years and know how they last with proper treatment and have never had a complaint. Therefore I do not accept any responsibility for damage to items that are not properly cared for.
