This is an elegant vintage needlepoint pattern from 1980, titled "The Imperial Chrisanthemum" [sic] by Joan D. Gantt, and published by Heritage Designs. The pattern book includes sections on the stitches used, a stitching guide, general instructions, and one chart. The pattern includes 20 stapled pages, although they are unnumbered.
This pattern does not seem to be missing any pages, although the chart included is only for the outline around the other elements. While written instructions are given for the other parts of the design (central flowers, butterflies), there is no chart for them. From reading the pattern I suspect that this was intentional, but it will require some independence on the part of the person working the pattern.
The pattern has obviously been used, but is in good condition.

~*~*~*~ INCORRECT ADDRESS OR OTHER INFORMATION I ship to the address listed on Paypal, and cross-check it with Etsy. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that your address on Etsy and Paypal are correct. If Paypal cannot confirm your address, I may contact you in a convo asking that you double-check the information, and will wait until you reply to ship the item.
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address:
-If the error was mine (for instance, in copying out the shipping label), I will gladly re-ship the item or give a full refund...
...otherwise... -If item was ready-made, I can re-ship the item. The customer will need to pay for shipping again. Alternatively, I can keep the item for re-sale and refund the price of the item--but not shipping costs.
