Our aim is to ship to you as quickly as possible, but you will have to wait no longer than 2 business days. We hate waiting for the "Your item has shipped!" email as much as you do! If possible we ship on the same day as you place your order. We take every precaution to make sure that your item arrives in excellent condition, but we cannot take responsibility for what happens during the shipping process.
All items are sent from the Philadelphia area, so it should take 1-3 days to ship to the East Coast, 2-4 days to the Midwest, and 3-7 days to the West Coast. If you would like faster shipping or extra shipping services (such as insurance or tracking), please contact us before placing an order so that we can set up those options for you before submitting your purchase. Please be aware that some extra shipping options will cost extra.
We are happy to ship internationally. For an accurate quote, please contact us. We will send you more detailed information once we have processed you purchase.
We currently accept Paypal and credit cards. We expect payment within 24 hours of your purchase. If you have neither paid nor made contact within 24 hours, we will consider the purchase to be abandoned. We only accept cancellations on items that have not yet been shipped. We do not accept cancellations on custom orders. We ship as quickly as possible (sometimes within an hour!) so please take that into consideration before buying.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We value you as a customer and want you to have a fabulous experience purchasing from us. Because of this we check our items closely before shipping, including taking a picture of the item immediately before shipping for our protection. If there is any discrepancy between the listing and condition of the product before shipping we will contact you before shipping to offer options of any potential partial or full refund.
We make every effort to protect your product during shipping, but if an item arrives in poor shape it is due to shipping hazards beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you are concerned we recommend that you arrange for shipping insurance by contacting us prior to purchasing an item. If, however, an item does not function as described in the listing, please contact us immediately so that we can understand and resolve the problem. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so there is no blanket refund policy.
If there is a delay or expectation of delay in shipping your item (more than 2 business days from receipt of payment), we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you 3 options: full refund and cancellation of the order, full refund of the shipping cost, or free upgraded shipping (where available). Once we have your response we will proceed with the order as you have specified.
We do not refund money for custom orders for any reason. We will, however, work with you to resolve any problems that have occurred. Please take this into consideration before ordering a custom item!
