I try to ship all my items within a week. During busy holiday times (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), this time frame may be longer.
Please ensure the address we are shipping to is correct. Labels are automatically generated based on the shipping information in the invoice. I can not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
(1) Transit time I usually ship within 3-5 business days. I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please be aware that delivery times vary greatly depending on your country's custom practice, anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks, even longer sometimes. I personally can not guarantee a delivery date. Delivery confirmation is NOT available on First Class international.
(2) Import fees, taxes, tarrifs, and duties Your country may impose Import fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties at the time of delivery, which are NOT included in the purchase price of the items. Please contact your local custom authority to find out the details.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I make all my jewelry by hand. All letters and designs are hand-stamped. Therefore, they may not all look the same. Some letters may be deeper than others, some may not be lined up perfect. This adds to the rustic, hand made feel of my jewelry. This is adding character and is not to be looked at as a flaw.
I can not accept returns on any personalized orders unless I have truly not met your needs. If you order a non-personalized item and it does not meet your satisfaction, please let me know and I will work with you and possibly accept a return and refund within 14 days.
