Returns & exchanges
I want you to be pleased with the entire experience in dealing with me. Sometimes things do not workout as we would hope. If you are not pleased with an item, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If we cannot come to a compromise, you are always welcome to return an item within 7 business days from receiving it for a full refund. I provide delivery confirmation on all of my shipments. The US postal service does not always track items very well, but the information will update after delivery. I use online shipping to insure proper documentation, accuracy and communication. UPS does, but the USPS does not scan items at drop-off ( believe me I have reeeally tried to get them to do so) therefore, certain items will not show-up in their system and the "tracking" number will provide a message stating it does not verify receipt of the package. This generally only becomes an issue if the package is delayed in transit. I have had items delayed or misrouted by the USPS, but very few have been lost. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will issue a full refund.
