Items are shipped Monday - Friday within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Items are shipped USPS, First Class with delivery time of 2- 5 business days. If you need an item sooner, please convo me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
International customers are responsible for any custom or handling charges that may be incurred upon receipt of the goods. Please check your postal regulations before making a purchase.
I do not ship to China
For Priority Flat Rate on DOMESTIC orders there is an additional fee of $3.95 with delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. Shipping upgrade can be selected at checkout.
First Class USPS shipped orders there will be an option at checkout to purchase insurance for an additional fee of $1.35.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I accept returns for goods damaged in shipment and will credit the account that was used for the initial purchase. Please send a picture of the items that were damaged. Notification of damages MUST be made within 3 days upon receipt of goods.
I will do my best to help with lost packages however please keep in mind that I do not have control over the postal service and can not take responsibility for lost shipments once the package has been shipped and tracking information provided. You will have the option of adding insurance during the checkout process which will offer reimbursement for lost packages.
European buyers are subject to the "EU Directive of Consumer Rights". Buyers residing in countries that are subject to these regulations have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item and are responsible for the return postage. Credit will be given when item/s have been received by seller so it is strongly recommended that a signed receipt and insurance is requested at the time of mailing.
Reserved Listings must be paid for within 3 business days of the posted date. Please keep in mind when requesting a reserved listing that sellers must pay a non refundable listing fee and the items are set aside for you and are not available to other buyers.
