Loose Genuine Sea Glass
I grew up and still live at Glass Beach, California. Home is the enchanting redwoods pushed up to the mystical, rugged, northern Pacific Ocean; into where we once thought it safe to dump our trash. These small Sea Glass stones may have been my great-great grandparents' glassware or whiskey bottles! Maybe some glassware from the bar of Gus West's house of ill repute that also stood over-looking the dump site. Each precious gem stone is a unique marvel that has something to whisper.
Mostly enjoyed by the collector to simply set out for display, each piece is naturally perfect. We fill small bottles with sea glass or tiny abalone shells and set out with a bit of dried seaweed on the coffee table. The tiniest gems are perfectly sized to set into your PMC sea glass jewelry. Some of our amazing customers bezel set the 4mm pieces! Smalls and mediums for for larger use. Use for fine-art jewelry or art pieces. Gorgeous for rings.
Paired to use as earrings too! Mostly just magical.
Old. Rare. Mermaid smoothed, vintage Glass Beach genuine sea glass. These pieces are from the early 1900s. They have been at sea for almost 100 years!
Unaltered. Pure. OLD! Surf-tumbled only!
33 pieces sea glass, beach glass gems.
Please see photos with coin for size reference or send convo. Mostly SMALLS and TINIES.
NEARLY flawless. Really only a thinner pair here and there, maybe not perfectly shaped or an indentation. But darn close to perfection.
From 4mm to 9mm.

We are members of the North American Sea Glass Association. Ensuring you real sea glass that is from vintage bottles and dishes. Our glass has been in the ocean for about 100 years.

FAQs

Most of our rarest colors are TINY pieces. The glass we found at the 1920s whorehouse site has been tumbled by the mermaids for nearly 100 years. Some glass is more fragile, hence smaller. We try to get a close-up photo to show detail of the glass, but this can sometimes make the glass look larger than it is. Most beads and pieces have an average size listed in description. We can always try to refer you to other highly reputable shops that sells larger pieces from a different area.

Our reputation. Ask around and we can provide references too. There are several clubs and sellers that prove to be consistent with honest collectors. Also, if you make a purchase and just aren't convinced, we will take you on a virtual walk to our old beach. There are some sea glass associations that are trying to get members to join who are only genuine sea glass collectors, but we've found these associations to be populated with those sellers who seed. We are very much against seeding or farming, as modern day glass does not belong in our oceans AT ALL. Been there, done that, please don't put anything in our precious rivers and oceans.

As the sea glass came and went without us, we can't do custom orders, sorry. The sea glass in the shop is what is available.
