Forged, Japanese style kitchenknife, 155 mm long highcarbon steel blade with a 110 mm red Iroonwood handle and a Zebrawood Bolster. Forgemarks were left on the spine and a handrubbed 600g satin finish was applied on the Knifeblade. Differential heattreatment for a better shock absorbing and estehtics.
Hand-Forged Japanese kitchen knife with a 155 mm long carbon steel blade and a red ironwood handle and a zebra wood cap on the blade. Forged marks are left at the back of the blade as jewellery and the cutting edge is polished to 600g. In addition, the knife was hardened with a Hamon to withstand better shock.
