All items are carefully packed (often re-packaging materials to reduce environmental impact and save money), and in most cases will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. I am more than happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.
I shipping via registered airmail during 3 working days after payment is received. Usually it takes about 10-14 days for a package to arrive to Europe, 14-21 days to USA, Canada and Asia, and 21-25 days to Australia. Delivery to Italy unfortunately may take from 14 days up to 1 monthes due to slow work of Italian post service. Shipping time: We ship with Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts "UKRPOSHTA", registered mail delivery.
WE SHIP WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING OF CLEARED PAYMENT. PLEASE READ!!! We always keep receipts with date stamp as proof of shipping date and can email them to you upon request. Another issue is of email communication. We always reply to emails within 24 hours. If for some reason you’re not getting response from us, the reason might be messages getting in Spam folders etc. Please, contact us via Etsy message system in My Etsy, which guarantees that we’ll see your message and vice versa. Last but not least is the issue of feedback. According to new Etsy rules feedback once posted can’t be removed. Please, if there’s a problem with your transaction, contact us via Etsy message system and we’ll do everything within our powers so that you’re satisfied with the outcome.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
It's very important to me that each and every buyer is happy with their purchase. It should be expected that vintage items are not always perfect. I go to great lengths to represent each item I'm selling as accurately as possible in my description and pictures. It is my goal to only offer items that are in mint condition, but sometimes a piece is so special that a flaw or some slight damage may be acceptable. In that case, I will make you aware in my description and offer to send you pictures of the flaw or damage (since I can only post five pictures of each item, I am more concerned with showing as much of the item as possible). If you are uncertain about the condition, origin or age of any item, please ask questions before purchasing. I will respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Since these items are vintage, original, as~found items, All Sales are Final.
