Please be sure the address given at the time of order is correct. Shipments will not be made to requested addresses after the order has been placed. The order will be cancelled and the buyer will have to repurchase the item with the corrected address. This process may hold up funds from the first order so double check shipping information before placing your order. All addresses must be verified.
Your item will not be shipped until form of payment is cleared.
Every item is packed with extreme care. Fragile items are wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and cushioned with large amounts of packing. If an item arrives to you broken a claim will be made with the carrier used to ship the item. This is usually Fed Ex or the US Postal Service. If for some reason the claim is denied I will also deny reimbursement of all funds. No funds will be reimbursed until the claim has been approved. It is very important to save all wrapping and the box used to ship the item. If a claim cannot be processed due to not having the packaging then there will be no reimbursement to the customer. Pictures of the item and packaging will be needed.
I try my hardest to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, usually shipped within 24 hours, but no longer than 2 business days.
We will not refund any monies for an order that has been confirmed delivered by confirmation receipt. If the package has a confirmed delivery, it is considered delivered and received by the buyer.
Packages may arrive Via USPS or Fed-Ex unless another carrier is required due to package size and/or weight limits. If you are using a PO Box for delivery of your item please keep in mind Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Overseas Buyers: Buyers are also responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and any other fees accrued in getting your item to your door. Please check into any additional fees your country may have before you purchase. The shipping charge is for postage only. It is also your responsibility to know if a product you are ordering can enter your country. If a package is returned to CharleysRosesVintage due to rejection from customs in your country, no shipping charges will be returned, only the cost of the merchandise.
Note: Most items shipped will reach you in a timely manner, any item that is detained at customs can take longer to reach you. Weather, Holidays, and weekends can also be a factor so please keep all in mind.
We ship all items with recycled Materials: Boxes, Newspaper, Plastic Bags, bubble wrap etc.
Payment Methods: We accept most methods of payment. All payments are due at the time of sale, unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

Additional return information
CANCELLATIONS are for items that have not already been shipped. If an item is purchased and shipped within the 1 hour cancellation period it cannot be undone. We do not have a problem with cancellations after the 1 hour window as long as they haven't already been shipped.
EXCHANGES are not accepted.
RETURNS: NO RETURNS. Please love it before you buy it. Ask any questions you may have and request additional photos before you purchase.
We do our best to describe each and every item in great detail. We state and show any flaws any item may have. These are all vintage pieces, which means they are mostly pre-owned. Although, some pieces are flawless. Please ask questions and request additional photos before purchase is made.
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are completely dissatisfied or had a change of heart we will except a return and refund your money minus any shipping charges. Free shipping is no exception, NO SHIPPING EXPENSES accrued by CharleysRosesVintage or the customer will be refunded. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival to you. If it is not, and not due to damage during shipping, then you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item, including shipping expenses.
