We do NOT ship internationally! We ship ONLY to the USA, which includes Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO addresses.
We're happy to provide combined shipping! In cases where the shipping cost charged is larger than the actual shipping charges, we will refund any shipping cost difference if it's $.30 or over.
Nope! We don't add our Etsy sellers' fees to our inventory list prices. We use recycled, clean plastic bags, bubble wrap, foam sheeting, cardboard, and/or paper for shipment wrapping whenever possible. Sometimes these will have evidence of prior use. While some folks find pretty packaging important, we feel it's more important to use recycled/recylable materials; thus we do not pass the cost of packaging on to our customers.

Yes! We utilize Stamps.com for our mailing labels and they have their own version of USPS insurance, which we will utilize. For FANTOD MANOR BOOKS & EPHEMERA no processing times are stated in individual listings as Etsy says! We'll PROCESS your order within 3 BUSINESS days of receiving it. This means wrapping your order for shipment, sending you an Etsy shipping notification which will include the date the USPS will ship it, and the USPS Delivery Confirmation number OR USA Customs form number on your package. Estimated SHIPPING times, listed above, means the time it takes your package to go from here in Oregon USA to you. Business days are weekdays (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) nor USA holidays (which often fall on weekdays) when the Post Office is closed.

While we do accept returns under certain conditions (please see ETSY'S rules, above), if you wish to cancel an order which has already shipped, or return an item because you don't like it or don't need it, we will only refund you the list price but not the shipping charge made at the time of sale. nor will we reimburse you for return shipping costs. For orders already shipped which you wish to cancel, simply write on the UNOPENED package "RETURN TO SENDER" and place it back in the mail.
