This is a Minolta MD 50 mm 1:2 Prime Manual Lens. The lens is free of scratches, haze, fungus, but has minor dust. The outside of lens has very little signs of use and wear. The aperture movement is smooth. This is a lovely vintage lens. This comes with a Minolta branded lens cap and an Optex 49mm 1A lens filter but no end cap. Thank you for looking! Product Information The Minolta MD is one of the classic Minolta camera lenses for walk-around SLR film photography. Originally designed for Minolta manual SLR cameras, the 50 mm f/2.0 lens has a narrow focal plane that enables the photographer to get sharp detail on the central subject without distracting bright spots in a smooth out-of-focus background. Features include a knurled plastic focusing grip, a depth-of-field scale, and a mounting index for aligning the lens with the bayonet-type mount on the camera body. The Minolta MD Lens also features a minimum aperture lock to prevent accidental movement of the aperture ring while in programmed auto-exposure mode. Like all Minolta camera lenses in the MD series, the 50 mm f/2.0 lens works with Minolta auto-exposure (AE) cameras. Photographers can use the lens in programmed AE or aperture-priority AE modes. In aperture-priority AE mode, the user controls the depth of field by manual adjustments to the aperture, while the camera's auto-exposure function reads the light meter and adjusts the shutter speed right up to instant exposure. The Minolta MD does not directly fit Minolta's Maxxum film cameras or digital cameras. However, adapters are available for many formats, including the 4/3 digital SLR format.

Combining shipping - We try to get the customer the most economical way through combining their sales. Please ask before purchase to combine items and a special listing will be made just for you. Sometimes international orders are more expensive due to weight restrictions when shipping and combining them may not be cheaper.
We use recycled packing materials whenever possible and double box and pack fragile items with extreme care.
We ship with tracking. This is our only protection as a seller against fraud. If an item is shipped tracked and shows delivered it is legally out of our hands. Ask your neighbours, your housemates and mail room etc if they picked it up. Call your postmaster for GPS confirmation. Contact your authorities for mail fraud and theft if there is an issue. We cannot compensate for theft from your mailbox. Please make sure you have a secure place for your mail.
If you need the item shipped to an address other than your current Etsy one notify us immediately otherwise the customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs.
Please make sure your address is up to date on Etsy as we are not responsible if items are delivered and kept at the wrong address or returned undelivered. You will be responsible for future shipping charges.
The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duty and import charges that may apply. International buyers note that GST/VAT and customs fees are not our responsibility and if you get charged to pick up your item - that is your countries fees and has nothing to do with us or the shipping your paid for. We cannot control that. Please know your import fees before purchasing. Items returned due to your refusal at your end to pay your countries taxes are not our responsibility and they negate your refund as we will have to pay to get it back from our postal service.
Please do not ask us to falsify a customs form as a gift or at a cheaper cost of goods as this is a crime and we will not do that. All international packages must have a value for customs clearance- even ones with a gift receipt.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
30 day return policy. Ship back the product and I will gladly refund your money upon receipt.
Buyer pays for return shipping. If you are in the USA only return ship using USPS with "Owners Goods Returned" written on package contents and actual cost of goods as insurance. This will be required to prevent customs delays. Never return ship using a courier or courier service due to brokerage fees we will be charged that will be your responsibility and come out of your refund. We will explain the return when requested.
Please communicate with me if errors or shipping damage occurs. I will ask for photos and an affidavit to be filled out for the shipping insurer.

I quote the minimum of International shipping that I feel comfortable with with is always an Air mail. If you request an item to be shipped at Surface Mail which may be over up to 3 months please note we are not responsible for items not arriving due to this method.
If you wish something to be shipped overnight or faster also message me and we can work it out. Most "overnight" delivery is not possible and during high holiday seasons estimated times of arrival are our of our hands. Will we do our best to pack and ship it fast - it is up to your countries postal system to do their end of the job.
