Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I accept returns & exchanges as long as the item is in its original condition. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to do a return. Please ship the item back within 14 days of delivery (please ship any lunch bags back in a box so it does not get crushed). As soon as I receive the item back in the mail, I will send a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping refunds only given for damaged or defective items. Buyer pays return shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Be sure to double check your listing, messages, or receipt when purchasing a custom order to see your "ship by" date. I always let customers know before ordering that most custom items are ready within 3-4 weeks, 4-5 weeks, or 5-6 weeks from time of purchase (due to fabric printing time & order volume).
