I reuse old packaging materials I have left over from personal orders and use them to package your order. This goes for the small plastic bags, tissue paper, and boxes your specific item may come in. This saves us both from excessive shipping costs and does a small favor for the earth. This also means that every order will be unique - same packaging safety, different look each time!
The care of your item during shipment is my top priority. The size, fragility, and value of the item determines how it will be packaged inside the small padded envelope. Standard hemp pendants will be swathed in tissue paper and tape, while charm necklaces will come in a small plastic bag to keep them safe.
I accept both paypal and direct billing. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you're having trouble with payment please message me and we can work it out.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I thoroughly check all my items before putting them up for sale to make sure there are no flaws in the design, using clear industrial-strength glue (e6000) to secure any existing weak points. However, like much crystal jewelry, each necklace is delicate. If your necklace is damaged within 30 days of purchase, send me a message, details of how it broke, and I will be happy to repair it for you free of charge.
If your necklace has come in contact with water or requires a completely new wrapping, please message me with photos and details as a partial service charge will be required to cover the repair.
Each necklace is created with durability in mind. Wrapping patterns are customized to fit each certain stone for maximum security and aesthetic.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR STONE COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS. This weakens the bond between stone, glue, and string. If your necklace comes in contact with water the glue will come undone.
In the event the stone accidentally comes into contact with water and the item breaks, and the refund period is up, there are a few options you can do to repair your item: - Try to preserve the design wrap as well as possible. Using E6000 glue, put a small dab of glue under the place where the string separates from the stone. Let dry for 24 hours. - In the case that E6000 glue is unavailable, clear nail polish can be used as a small and quick fix. However, this design is very delicate and may not last for long.
