The quantity button will allow you to purchase multiple 23-1/2" x 42" panels (approximate size). The price is listed next to the size in the drop down menu. Multiple quantities will be cut in a single continuous piece unless otherwise stated. Do not order more yardage than what is listed in the drop down box.
Shipping is via first class mail for up to 2 yards. 3 to 8 yards ship via a priority flat rate envelope. We use calculated shipping based on weight, and offer "FREE" domestic Priority Mail shipping on orders $50 or higher. Shipping upgrades and international rates are available at check-out. If a significant overcharge in shipping happens due to a combined or multiple yard purchase, it will be refunded to you.
We try to show multiple images of each fabric. The first is usually from the Manufacturer or supplier. The second displays a ruler so that you can get an idea of the size of the fabric design and pattern. Others are usually close ups or project ideas. NOTE: Sometimes the pictures we take vary in color from the manufacturer's picture due to cameras, lighting and other factors. In most cases, the first image will be the most accurate in displaying the true color(s).
We will ship your item via USPS. Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days (nearly always within 24 hours of the order) of your payment clearing unless otherwise noted.
◘ Shipping Cost. We offer First Class shipping on all small orders for the lowest possible cost. We offer free priority shipping for all domestic orders greater than $50. You can choose the shipping at checkout. Note that while first class shipping is the lowest cost there is NO insurance on package delivery. WE REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES when combining orders. It is always helpful if you have purchased multiple orders to let us know – just in case we might miss it.
◘ USPS Tracking & Delivery Confirmation are provided for all domestic packages. You will receive an email from us when the shipment occurs AND when the shipment is delivered. The delivery notice should state where it was delivered
◘ ORDERS will ship to the Etsy address by default. If there's a discrepancy you should leave a note at check out to avoid any confusion or possible shipping delays. If you'd like your order shipped elsewhere, please provide the address in the "Note to Seller" section at check-out.
◘ RETURNED MAIL If your package is returned to us because of delivery issues (wrong address or unable to forward, for example) we will send you a convo to let you know we have received it. We will ask for a corrected/updated address and include an invoice for you to pay for additional shipping. If we don't hear from you within 7 days we will cancel the order and refund the cost of the fabric. We are not responsible for returning the original postage, as we paid the postage to have it sent out to the address you provided.
◘ LOST PACKAGES It's unfortunate, but it seems to be increasing. We cannot control the USPS and once your package leaves our hands we have no control. If they lose your package we will do what we can to help you deal with the Post Office *see FAQ). PLEASE NOTE : They do not guarantee First Class mail and will only offer to do a search for those items. We recommend adding insurance to your order or upgrading to Priority Mail. U While you will save money up front, WE DO NOT REFUND OR RE-SHIP fabric for lost or wrongly delivered orders due to USPS errors. We DO offer insurance for a small additional fee
Priority Mail packages are insured, and we will help you file a claim and get reimbursed or replacement fabric.
◘ U.S CUSTOMER SPECIFICS
USPS first class and priority shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS priority flat-rate envelopes and boxes include insurance for up to $100 for the value of your purchase.
USPS first class shipments are NOT insured and are at the buyers risk. USPS priority shipments-if the value of your purchase (not including shipping) exceeds the above amounts and you wish to protect the full value of your items, you will need to purchase insurance.
BUYER ASSUMES RISK FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT FOR ALL UNINSURED PURCHASES. We can only be responsible for your order up to the point that I hand your package over to the post office. Once it is in the hands of the USPS, I cannot control how quickly you receive your package, damage from handling/ processing, lost packages.
◘ INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - By placing an order with me, you agree to assume all responsibility for your package & its contents once it leaves my hands. I will provide USPS tracking information. However, please be aware that once your package has left the US, tracking may not be updated for the following services: First-Class International Mail, First-Class International Packages, Priority Mail Flat Rate International Envelopes or Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes. These packages are ineligible for insurance services. Full, detailed tracking services are only provided for Priority Mail Flat Rate International Medium + Large Boxes & Priority Mail Express International packages. If you'd like to purchase upgraded shipping with full tracking services, please convo me & include this request with your order. Please be aware that International Customs charges &/or fees may be added to your shipment, by your country. The buyer is responsible for any & all taxes, import duties, charges &/or fees which may be incurred. If unsure, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be, prior to purchasing. Accurate values will be provided on all customs forms. If your order is a gift, please let me know so that I may complete your customs forms correctly.
Preferred payment is PayPal or Etsy Direct Payment but I also accept money orders. No personal checks please. Should you opt to pay with money order please notify me within 3 business days of purchase. Payment must clear prior to shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact me prior to your purchase with as many questions or concerns you may have. If you have concerns after receiving your item lease let me know within 3 days of delivery of your purchase. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be returned in brand new, unused condition. Shipping fees are not refunded.
We take pride in selling the best quality fabric we can find through our vendors. We know that computer monitors can affect the picture of the fabric. We take every effort in showing you pictures from the manufacturer directly, or we will make note if the picture is just slightly off from the manufacturer.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER! While we try very hard to be perfect, we do occasionally make mistakes. Simply send us a convo letting us know what the problem is and we will do everything we can to fix the mistake. If there are issues with the fabric a picture is worth a lot.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY ALREADY PURCHASED ORDER? Don’t worry if you forgot to add something to your shopping cart. Go ahead and place a second order. While our shipping system normally catches this (meaning you don’t have to do anything), it helps to send us a message to combine your orders. We will combine the order if possible and refund any excess shipping.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER? Fabric is cut "straight" according to the bolt, not necessarily to the design or print on the fabric. When your pattern calls for a specific cut always order a little extra to insure you can place the pattern in the best position. We are here to help you! If you aren't sure how much fabric to order based on a fabric and pattern please message us with your specific information and we will help. Note that we almost ALWAYS have an image with a ruler that can be used to detail the fabric. If you have a specific question, let us know and we can take additional pictures to send.
WHY IS YOUR PER YARD COST DIFFERENT DEPENDING UPON THE CUT SELECTION? Etsy places a flat rate charge on us per item – the smaller the cut the greater this percentage becomes. We also adjust higher fabric yardage to compensate for increased shipping cost of the higher weights. In the end, the per yard cost is about the same.
IS THERE MORE OF THE FABRIC I WANT? We don't always list our total available yardage online. Please convo with the fabric and yardage you're looking for and we will get back ASAP, usually the same day, to let you know if we have what you need. Please DO NOT order the same fabric from our store web site, it is all coming out of the same stock and is not updated automatically.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER? We often ship orders the Same Day. If the mail has already left for the day we within 1 Business Day, except for holidays. Weekend orders are shipped on non-holiday Mondays.
HOW DO I ORDER MULTIPLE YARDS OF A FABRIC? We cut fabric orders of more than 1 yard as one continuous piece, unless asked not to. If you would like 3 yards for example, select "YARDS" from the "Fabric Cut" Drop Down Menu and then select "3" from the "QUANTITY" Drop Down menu and add to cart. We automatically send one continuous piece of fabric 3 yards long. Shipping overages will be refunded.
HOW ARE PANELS SHIPPED? All panels are pre-cut to size. If you order 2 panels you will receive one continuous piece of fabric.
WHAT IF THE FABRIC I PURCHASE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE? We work very hard to keep the online inventory in line with our in-store qnd web site inventory. Sometimes an item will sell out and be purchased on Etsy before we can adjust the inventory online. In this case we will either convo for instructions or refund, or both. We sure hope and try to not have this happen!
ARE YOU A REAL STORE? Since October 2017, the answer is yes. The picture on our cover page is real (no fake news here !) The fabric bolts came out of our house and into a retail location in Elkhart, Indiana. We are a few miles off the Indiana Toll road and about a mile off the US 20 bypass – very easy to get to. If your around the area, please stop in and see our store. Google maps will get you right there.
