Please make sure that your paypal address is up to date, as this is the address that will be used to ship your merchandise. We can not be held responsible for lost merchandise if it's sent to an out of date address.
Generally speaking, we will ship priority through USPS or through FedEx or UPS. If your order is large and you have a PO Box, please provide us with your physical address so that we may ship through FedEx or UPS.
As much as we would like to ship within two business days, there are times when that is not possible. If your order is being held up because of a stock issue, we will notify you ASAP to let you know, and give you the option of either waiting for the item or canceling and receiving a refund for that item.
Payments accepted through Pay Pal AND CREDIT CARDS. If you pay with an e-check through paypal, your merchandise will not be shipped until your e-check clears.
Returns & exchanges
We do not take exchanges or refunds for merchandise. If your order has been shipped and USPS says that it has been delivered but you still don't have your package, please check with family members who may have taken in the mail and misplaced it or with neighbors who may have had it delivered to their house. We place tracking on all packages, but we can not take responsibility for the USPS mistakes.
As we are known for our speedy shipping, if you have placed an order and still have not received it in a week, PLEASE NOTIFY US. As this is a very busy shop, sometimes orders do fall through the cracks and are missed.
