We do ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We ship USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx in order to obtain the most satisfactory shipping cost for you. We try to be as accurate as possible when posting shipping costs, however if you would like an exact quote, please contact us prior to ordering.
All products will be sent to you within 1-2 working days, after payment has been received or checks have been cleared. If you are interested in a different shipment type - Priority insured, express etc, please, contact us prior to the order, so we can work it out.
You will be provided with a shipping notification and tracking number when the item(s) have been shipped.
We will ship the item(s) to your Etsy address, as stated in the invoice. If the information given to us was inaccurate or incomplete, buyer is responsible for shipping fees if an order is canceled because it was returned to us. If the buyer wants it reshipped, they are responsible for the additional shipping fees.
Shipping fees are not refunded if the buyer changes their mind about the purchase and is responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping costs.

We accept Paypal, Etsy gift cards and major Credit Cards. Cash and money orders are also accepted for local pick up customers only. If payment is not received within three days of purchase date the item will be relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any shipping cost overage in excess of $2.00 will be promptly refunded.
It is our desire to see that each customer is pleased with their purchase. It should be expected that vintage and antique items are not always perfect. We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, and are very particular about disclosing any flaws or damage.
If you are uncertain about the condition, please ask questions before purchasing. We are usually able to respond very promptly, and we will provide as much additional information as possible to assist in your evaluation of the item.
If after receiving your purchase you change your mind, we will return the purchase price of the item if a return is initiated within 14 calendar days. Once we receive the item back in the condition that it was shipped, we shall issue the refund as promptly as possible thereafter. However, the buyer is responsible for the purchase shipping fees and the buyer shall pay return shipping fees as well.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please contact us so that we can begin an investigation. Please be aware that this process will take some time and an immediate refund is not possible. All items are shipped with insurance, so please be aware that the insurance claim may have to be processed prior to the refund being issued.
