Sometimes, packages may take a few days less or longer to arrive, depending on customs on both countries (country of departure, country of arrival). There really isn't anything I can do once it leaves my hands and needless to say, I appreciate your patience.
I ship via Express Delivery to USA and Canada addresses only. I ship to everywhere else via regular delivery, using EMS or Express, registered mail with delivery confirm.
Express shipping time to USA and Canada is 4-7 business days . I generally send the same or the next day after receiving payment with registered EMS and include delivery confirmation.
Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

I accept PayPal payment only. If you do not wish to register with PayPal, you still have the option of paying with a credit card through their site. You don't have to have a PayPal account, to pay with it. All you need is a credit card like you would at any other online store.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If for some reason you won't be able to do so, please contact me.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please let me know if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will arrange to have the item returned and your purchase price refunded (less the cost of shipping) If somehow you get unsatisfied by my product or shipping, and tend to leave a negative or neutral feedback, please contact me before doing so. Returns are accepted within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise. The item must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after I have received the returned item. I want your purchase to be a happy one. If you happen to receive an item and it is not in the condition as stated on my shop or there is an error with your order, I am happy to correct your order/replace your item. If the error is on our end, I absorb the shipping costs. If you desire a change to your item, the shipping costs on both ends will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to the nature of Custom Orders, they are non-refundable. I do not refund postage and handling costs for;
