HANDMADE ITEMS: All handmade items are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
DIGITAL PATTERNS/PDF: To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not completely satisfied with a handmade purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in the condition as you received it. Refunds will be issued less shipping and handling charges.
Sorry NO Refunds on Custom Orders and on Digital / Downloadable / PDF pattern purchases. All digital products and Custom Orders are Final Sale.
