We ship from the UK, and use recycled packaging where possible. We are usually able to ship daily Tuesday to Saturday, and aim to post within 48hrs of cleared payment - please let us know if you require an item urgently or for a particular event and we will try to help. Reduced shipping on multiple purchases.
We accept paypal and credit card payments. UK buyers are welcome to pay by bank transfer if they prefer, convo for details. Please pay within seven days of checkout or your order will be cancelled and item/s will be relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We sell in accordance with the UK online laws. Refunds accepted within 14 working days. You must let us know by email that you wish to return it. Item must be returned unworn/unused by the buyer and as received.
Orders may be collected from our bricks and mortar at 9 Steep Hill, Lincoln, LN2 1LT, only by prior arrangement - in which case no postage fee is applicable. Please convo me if you would like to arrange this and I can adjust the shipping costs for you etc.
