Returns & exchanges
I guarantee my jewelry. Should your piece be damaged due to a component defect or workmanship, I am happy to replace or repair the piece at no charge to you. I will then repair or replace the item and mail it to you promptly.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 14 days of purchase. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know you would like to request a return. I am sorry, but there are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
When returning your package, please include the following:
Unworn item(s) in its original condition * A copy of the original invoice * Reason for your return Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. I also request a delivery confirmation be made, as I am not responsible for lost or stolen items damaged during shipping.
While my accessories will hold up under heavy wear and use, there is always the chance that something unforeseen could happen to damage the piece. I can reassemble most pieces for a modest price using new findings, beads, and other parts as needed. Send me an email describing what has happened, and I will let you know how I can repair the item and I can quote you a price.
