As long as you contact me with a date when you need your items I will try to make them for you. If I can't do it in your time scale I will always be honest so you're not disappointed.

I will always aim to complete your order ready to send within a week, if you want multiples it may take more time, if I have time it may be quicker so again, check with me first :)
P&P: Everything is sent Second Class standard delivery in the UK. All I get a proof of postage and it only covers up to the value of £20. If you would like a signed for or track delivery please contact me first for a quote.
If you need something delivered the next day or urgently, please contact me and make the necessary arrangements, I cannot guarantee that 1st class arrives next day and 2nd class in 2 days. I do not post everyday unless it has been arranged.

International items over a certain value may be charged customs fees, This is outside of my control and any fees that incurred are at the buyers expense
I do not accept claims for lost items in the post unless it's past the Royal Mail statutory waiting time which currently is 10 days for the UK and 20 days outside the UK.
Payment is via Paypal, Etsy Giftcards or Credit/Debit cards at checkout. Cheque are not accepted.
Custom orders must be paid in advance.
International buyers: The buyer is responsible for any duty, customs, international taxes etc that may arise.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will do my best to solve the issue.
I will always do my best to package your items safely, however I can't be responsible for damages caused in transit.
I accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the full value of the item and the original postage cost, once the item is back with me. Please note this does not include anything customised or with a personal message attached.
