I am only guessing at the age of this mould, because I don't recall that pumpkin headed figures were popular before the 1900's. So, this could be older or later, but somewhere in that time span, someone carved this female that looks rather like a pumpkin.
Primitive to the max is this fabulous old thing. I found it in an antiques shop of at least 30 years ago, and this shop keeper only sold items from the earlier days of America. Maybe it was only just a figure that looks like a pumpkin.
The mould is 6x5x1 inches. Hand carved. The figure is 5 inches tall.
I made the figure with polymer clay.
