ANTIQUE FRENCH FABRIC Wonderful antique French textile early 20thc I bought a bundle of this fabric as it was,the pieces I think may have been left over from a project, the previous owner not being able to part with any of it and then stored for years ,each piece is how I bought it An authentic textile printed on fine linen/cotton ,fabulous raspberry red color that has not faded . The scenes are charming, It seems to tell the story of a Donkey. I have searched for a reference so I can name the factory, but I cant find this design documented, its either toile de Nantes or the Beautiran factory near Bordeaux. would look good framed or for a pillow. It is beautifully modeled such detail on the faces of the people, like a painting size 13.5" long x 12" The fabric has never been washed so have left it as it is.In great condition no holes,a odd faint mark on this piece, you could hand wash if you wish
I WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING AND REFUND ANY OVERCHARGES
