Pre-order now for fall shipment

Bare-root trees are so named because the plants are dug from the ground when they’re dormant (leafless), usually in fall, and their roots are shaken free of soil. Kept cool, with their roots packed in moist material, such as damp sawdust, bare-root plants are easy to store and ship in good condition. They can be ordered for either fall or early spring shipment.

The tree's many branches develop large green palmate leaves that turn to gold in the fall. It's dense leaves make it an excellent shade provider for your home... big leaves drop when the weather cools, allowing in plenty of sun.
