Additional return information
Returns: I understand that is can be difficult to make a purchase of this kind from a web-site. As hard as I try, it is often difficult to fully capture the detail and color of each piece. If you are not happy with a purchase, you may return it. The item must be returned in the same condition as it left here and must be returned within two weeks. Shipping charges will not be refunded. • Items returned must be received in the same condition as when shipped, • Items must be received within two weeks of purchase date, • Shipping & Handling will not be refunded. • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Availability of items: Since I enjoy working with natural stone, shell and art glass, etc., pieces are often difficult to duplicate. Therefore, my inventory is primarily made up of ‘one-of-a-kind’ items. On the plus side, this means you can enjoy the pleasure of owning an original design, something you won’t see anywhere else! The risk is that if you don’t act quickly, you could lose out on that special ‘one-of-a-kind’ item . If this happens, you can send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire if there is any possibility it can be duplicated or if I could design something similar.
