-Typically I ship out pieces next business day but please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. -All pieces have On pieces over 50$ all pieces will have insurance. -I ship USPS. -If the order is over 500$ I ship with UPS and they require signature confirmation. -If you need a piece shipped faster we can discuss other shipping options before. -My obligation ends at getting the item or items to the shipping service. If you do not receive an item file a report with the shipping service. I can help you with this. I'm a small operation and cannot offer a refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
-Once an item is bought and shipped it is yours. I do not accept returns and on items, premade or custom. -To cancel a sale you must cancel the transaction on etsy before it has shipped. - If an item is lost in the mail, damaged, or the item does not match exactly what you ordered please take a picture of the item and message me. Occasionally wrong items are shipped or there is an error with USPS. -All custom and made to order pieces cannot be refunded. Once a piece has been made it cannot be refunded. a. If in the case a piece does not live up to what you envisioned you will not be refunded. Please see custom ordering policy for further details.
-Once an item is forfeited by 2 months of incomplete layaway payments there will be NO refund.
Custom ordering policy: The ordering process 1. Consulation: We can discuss the piece, sizing, what stones and materials, the amount of time to complete, specifications of the piece, budget, etc. All characteristics must be discussed up front at this time. 1a. Any deviation from what you personally envisioned upon completion of the item, if not discussed at the consultation stage, are not grounds for return or refund. 1c. If the piece is not already for sale in my shop it will be a considered a custom piece. ex. If a ring is listed as a size 6, and you request a size 8 I will create a new ring for you.
2. Pricing a piece will include a fee for materials, and hours spent on a piece. 2a. Base cost for a wrapping is 10$ This would include a very basic wrap to display the stone. More time can allow for more elaborate wrapping. 2b. I charge a rate of 25$/hr. 2c. If you have stones that you wish for me to wrap let me know. 2d. It is your responsibility to ship the stones to me. 2e. I can supply an adjustable leather cord for 4$ 2f Materials: I use sterling silver, fine silver, argentium, and copper. Any other materials will need to be purchased and is part of the initial payment. (See payment section 4a.)
3. Time to complete: 3a. Each piece is unique and take varying degrees of time. I will discuss this in our initial correspondence. This can be upwards for 6 months in some cases or as little as a day.
4. Payment: 4a. For a custom ordered piece above 100$, I will need to recieve a downpayment of half the value This will cover materials fees and act as a deposit for time on the piece. 4b. Once photo proof of a pieces completiong is sent and item listed in shop, it is expected to make complete payment of the remainder of the value within 30 days. ex. If I list the piece for sale on June 25, you must purchase by August 25. 4c. Layaway/payment plan option: -On a custom order we can create a plan to pay 20% of half the price of the piece each month for 5 months. example, a 200$ pendant is paid 100$ in advance. 100$/5 months is 20$/month. -- First payment will be due 30 days after item is listed. ---If a payment is missed for two months the piece will be forfeited and no refunds issued The piece will be available to the public. ----If one month is missed you can resume payment for the remainder of the piece, however, if a second missed payment will forfeit the piece and no refund issued.
