Branch Wood, Rose Wood, is often used in the planted aquarium industry for aquascapes. It can be used in terrariums, palladiums, or for crafting. Works great as a platform for mounting air plants. You will receive the exact piece in the picture.
If used in an aquarium: - Rinse with water before use. - It can take approximately a week to completely waterlogging, however this piece is quite heavy so it should sink fairly quickly. - It may release tannins in the initial stages of acclimation. - Saprolegnia may occur during the first few weeks. If you notice this film you can use a small siphon to suction it off or remove from your aquarium and scrub it off with water. Saprolegnia is nontoxic but unsightly.
