See listings for shipping charges. We utilize the services of USPS and FedEx for shipment. Tracking is usually provided for your convenience.
International: Some large/bulk items will not be available for international shipping. Once the package leaves the U.S., the customer is responsible for all tracking, custom fees, and taxes. We are not able to track shipping information once a package leaves the U.S.
Lost packages: In the event of a lost package, please contact us so we can try to track down your package. Partial refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, and usually takes a couple weeks to process.
We accept payment methods offer by Etsy. Payment is required at time of order. We will hold an item for 24 hours before cancelling the order if payment is not received.
Returns & exchanges
All items are vintage. I try to find items that have been lovingly used and cared for. Usually they will not be in perfect condition like newly purchased items from a store, but it's also difficult to duplicate the charm and workmanship found in vintage items (they don't make things to last like they used to). Vintage clothes may not have size tags or if they do they are generally not comparable to today's standards. Measurements should be compared to a garment you own that fits well. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore, requests for refunds will not be accepted (see more information on our shipping policy section).
