***NOTE: This listing includes the EXACT 12 Polaroids shown in photos 1, 2, & 3 (4x blank Impossible Project "silver shade" / monochrome B&W with white frames, 4x Polaroid Timezero TZ Artistic Fade to Black, 4x blank Polaroids) PLUS MORE!***
The 12 Polaroids in pictures 1-3 would be suitable to insert a different photograph or piece of artwork behind the plastic layer (they should separate easily, allowing you to slip in your own drawing / collage / etc). The fourth and fifth pictures of this listing demonstrate an EXAMPLE of how you can use these (however, they are not included with your purchase).
This listing is for one "baker's dozen" of abstract, surreal, one-of-a-kind failed instant photographs: failaroids. Some of these may have come from film packs with dead batteries; for others the chemical pods had dried up causing them to not develop. (And at times I just done goofed, leaving me feeling like I had set a $20 bill on fire, ugh...) Due to the cost of instant film, of course, I have been loathe to discard even unsatisfactory shots,--but when the stockpile gets large enough, you start developing 'Hoarders' deja vu ...
These can be repurposed for mixed-media art projects or displayed ... I have included some photos of examples of what I have made with my failaroids. :) Of course, do use good safety precautions if you cut open the photographs since there will be chemical residues in the pods, etc.
