PROCESSING: Items are processed and posted within 1-2 days. I will ship to your ETSY address. If you would like to use a different address please leave a little message at the checkout.
PACKAGING: All items are carefully and meticulously wrapped to avoid damage in transit. I use recycled materials where possible (eg. bubble wrap and cardboard) but the safety of your purchase is my main priority.
SHIPPING RATES: My rates are equal to or less than the amount charged by the Post Office. I do not benefit from postage charges. Postal fees are weight-based and heavier items will cost more to ship - I apologise for this.
TRACKING: This option is available at checkout. This service is slightly faster and traceable. For only a few dollars more, it is strongly advised for pricier items.
UPGRADES: Express Post is available for AU residents. International customers, feel free to contact me for a quote.

SENDING: I will notify you as soon as your item/s have shipped and will provide tracking number (if purchased). If your item has not arrived 2 weeks after its expected date, please contact me.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: International customers please note that customs duties and surcharges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs do not include any possible fees, duties or taxes due at the time of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me, so we can make things right! If your item has been damaged in the post, contact me immediately. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
