Postage is a flat rate of £2.50 within the UK or £4.00 for international orders. This does not include tracking or insurance, if you would like this option this is available at checkout.
Once payment has been received, I ship first class royal mail in the UK or airmail for international orders. I post Monday - Friday.
Delivery time is estimated from the royal mail between 1-2 days within the uk or 5-7 days for international orders, although international orders can sometimes take up to three weeks to arrive, sometimes longer.
Please note that all buyers are responsible for any duties and custom charges that may be incured above normal postage costs.
All items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in postal boxes.
Could I kindly request that all reserved items are paid for as soon as possible. I will hold items for a month, after this date items will be re listed as sale stock.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund or replace the item, contact me within 5 days of receiving your goods, send it back within 2 weeks of receipt, in perfect condition and in the original packaging and I will refund or exchange.
The returns policy does not apply to custom made orders unless faulty.
Please note that return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless there is damage.
