If you're purchasing a gift for your favorite dog mom, let me make it extra special by wrapping it and including a hand-written card from you!

• Gift wrapping is available only on items that are designated "GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE". See individual listings for more information. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide this service on all items in my shop.

• Gift wrapping will include your item(s) being neatly wrapped in colorful tissue paper, complete with matching ribbon, and a cute card that I will write and sign for you.

Be sure to leave a note for me in the "Notes to Seller" section at check-out. Please type EXACTLY what you want to appear on the card included with your order. Make sure your spelling and punctuation are correct because I will write it EXACTLY as you type it.

Your gift wrapped item will ship within 5 business days of your purchase.

THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY WHEN ELIGIBLE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED FROM MY SHOP. There are no refunds on my gift wrapping service.

Yes, as long as you return the item to me within 14 days of your receipt (at your expense) and the item is not damaged in any way, you can exchange it for the exact same item in a different size.

Some of my items ship directly from the printing location. If you purchase a t-shirt and a bracelet, for example, the shirt will ship from the printer and the bracelet will ship directly from me. This does NOT impact the amount you pay for shipping on your order.

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it to me within 14 days (at your expense) and I will issue you a credit for my shop.

Yes! Many of the items in my shop can be customized or personalized. If you have a question, please contact me!

First, check your shipping confirmation to make sure you entered the correct shipping address. If the address was incorrect, though I'm happy to send you another order to the correct address, IT WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE.
