Item details

Our printed vinyl is available in Outdoor/Adhesive Vinyl, Laminated Adhesive Vinyl, or Heat Transfer Vinyl. Choose your vinyl type and sheet size in the drop-down menu at checkout. This vinyl is compatible with all brands of craft cutters including Silhouette and Cricut, as well as commercial plotters,

OUTDOOR/ADHESIVE VINYL: Outdoor vinyl is printed with Eco-Solvent Inks on a commercial printer, on high-quality gloss outdoor vinyl. The vinyl has a 5+ year outdoor life before any signs of fading will be present. This vinyl does not need lamination and will not bleed.

LAMINATED ADHESIVE VINYL: Laminated sheets are available to extend the outdoor life to 7+ years and prevent scratches. The laminated sheets are regular outdoor adhesive vinyl with a sheet off vinyl laminate applied to the top. This adds about twice the thickness and enables the vinyl to be handled without damaging the design (think cup decals and cell phone decals).

HEAT TRANSFER VINYL: HTV is Siser brand, printed with Eco-Solvent Inks. Recommended for use with a Heat Press but can also be applied with an iron. HTV Transfer Material is also required and one sheet will be included with your order. Additional sheets can be ordered here: https://etsy.me/2HD9S1q HTV can be applied to Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends or leather. Instructions will be included. We encourage you to view this short, helpful video on applying printed HTV if you've never used it before - it applies differently from solid-colored HTV. Video link ----> https://bit.ly/2r4l8cT

SIZES: Available in 12" x 12" or 12" x 24" sheets. Sheets may be +/- 1/2". 12" x 24" sheets will be two 12" x 12" images side by side, which in some cases will be seamless and in some case will not be. Please inquire in advance if you would like to check on this ahead of time.

CUT SETTINGS: We will send you a small sample piece of our vinyl with your order so that you can determine the best cut settings to use in your particular craft cutter. Each machine varies according to the brand, blade type, blade wear, and other factors. Doing a test cut prior is the best way to determine your settings and our free sample pieces make it easy to figure out the best settings for you

FAQs

Each pattern comes in each of these 3 types of vinyl. The drop-down menu at checkout has several options to choose from, including the size of the sheet, the scale of the graphic ("tiling"), and the type of vinyl. The laminated sheets all say "Lamin" in the menu. The Heat Transfer sheets all says "HTV" in the menu. All others that don't says "Lamin." or "HTV" are regular adhesive vinyl.

This question can be best answered by reading the item description. Depending on whether you're on a desktop or mobile device, you may have to expand the Description Section or the Item Details section. Most items also have a photo or several photos showing what tiling is as well. You can scroll through the photos to see them. The short answer to this is, tiling is the scale of the graphic single tile is large scale, 4 tiles (or 8 tiles if ordering a 12x24 sheet) is medium scale, and some patterns also have 9 tile (18 tile if ordering a 12x24), which is our smallest scale. Lastly, when in doubt, send us a convo! We can send you a specific photo to make sure it's what you want.

Absolutely! We can make the sheets larger (or smaller) or do a different pattern for you, or even print your own artwork or photo. Please feel free to convo us to discuss anything you need. We can make it happen!

USPS can be unpredictable sometimes! We highly recommend Priority Mail shipping for anything needed by a specific date, and even then, it isn't always reliable. Please be sure to order in enough time to allow for any possible mail delays, or please contact us in advance if you'd like your package to ship via UPS, since they do offer guaranteed delivery dates and are very reliable. We know how disappointing it can be to expect a package by a certain date, only to find out it has been delayed by some sort of USPS issue. If your tracking is moving slowly, you may opt to contact USPS to inquire, or you might even want to contact your local postmaster for advice. We aren't responsible for USPS delays but will be glad to help in any way possible!

Each package is checked by no less than 3 people before shipment, so we pride ourselves in our accuracy! If for some reason you don't receive what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery as indicated on your tracking, and we don't offer exceptions to this policy. We will need photos of what you received as well as your packaging, so please be sure to retain all packing materials if this occurs.

We try to pack our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen in transit that are unexpected. If your package is shipped via Priority Mail we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. We will need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery as shown on tracking (no exceptions please), and will need detailed photos of the packaging and the items, so please be sure to retain the packaging in this situation. USPS First Class shipments are not insured, so an insurance claim cannot be filed on those packages (another reason we highly recommend Priority Mail!). However, if you'd like your First Class mail package insured, please let us know in advance, and we can add it for an additional fee.

First Class packages are typically shipped rolled in a mailing tube. Priority Mail packages (anything over 1 lb in weight) are shipped either flat, if the order permits that, or loosely rolled in a shipping box. We highly recommend Priority Mail for more than 1-3 sheets of laminated vinyl, since thick vinyls can sometimes "tunnel" during shipment. Usually this can be smoothed out, but to avoid it entirely, we highly recommend Priority Mail.

We do! For a quote on a bulk order, please send us a convo with details on what you need.
