I struggled with what to call this amazing enamelled find! If you know what it is for, please contact me and let me know.
The piece is in three parts and is metal with an enamel top. The metal is not marked and didn't clean off easily when I tested a silver cloth on it, so I don't think it is silver. The central rectangular part has a diamond shaped design in the center. It has fixed loops.
The two side pieces are permanently attached to the center piece. They have metal 'hooks' which I believe would have affixed to a woman's blouse at the neckline as a decoration.
The enamel is in really excellent condition considering its age (I'm guessing 1920's -1930's). I purchased it thinking I could convert it into a bracelet, but never got around to it, so I'm hoping someone else will embrace this project.
Measuring 2 1/16" wide by 7/8" at its widest point.
I use USPS for shipping. Lower cost items can ship via first class or priority and are based on what you select during checkout. For higher priced items, priority mail is used as it is more reliable. Items over $500 may require a signature. While most of my items include a variety of shipping options, if you need something that is not listed, please contact me prior to purchase.
I will ship purchases totaling $100 or more internationally. I reserve the right to cancel an order to a country that I do not ship to. Items purchased are listed at actual purchase price on customs documents. You are responsible for any customs charges.
Payments are accepted via standard Etsy payment methods. You can use the PayPal link to pay by debit or credit card even without a PayPal account. When a purchase is shipped to Washington, Etsy is required to collect sales tax.
Layaway is available on purchases over $100. Terms are 25% upon order acceptance. Additional monthly payments are negotiated and will vary based on the cost of the item. Please contact me to work out layaway details before making your purchase. Use the 'other' payment option when purchasing an item on layaway and include your email in the notes. I will send you PayPal invoices based on the terms we've agreed on. I mark your item "Reserved" during this process. Your initial 25% payment is non-refundable. Payments must be made according to the agreed upon terms or the transaction will be terminated, the initial payment forfeited, and the item re-listed. Layaway items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.

Additional return information
I offer refunds under the following conditions unless otherwise noted in the listing:
1. You contact me within three days of receipt to let me know you will be returning the item. 2. You ship the item back to me insured (at your cost) within seven days of receipt.
Once the item is received back in the same condition it was originally shipped (including any appraisal documents and gift boxes), I will process your refund. I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (10% after seven days; 20% after 14 days) if you return your item after this time. I may also charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in a condition other than how it was sent to you.
Insurance is very reasonable via Etsy and with all the package theft happening these days, I've decided to include insurance on all items over $25 (and some under that amount if particularly fragile). If your item is damaged or lost during transit, you are responsible for providing any information needed to ensure a successful insurance claim. Refund will be given of the purchase price only once insurance proceeds are received.
I do my best to give you accurate information based upon my research, knowledge and experience. I am not qualified to grade diamonds, but will tell you to the best of my ability if the stone contains any flaws. I also do not size rings, but will tell you if they are sizeable by your jeweler (or alternatively note if they are not sizeable).
I've collected jewelry for many years and I've been selling jewelry online since 2006. I also have a large collection of artisan jewelry that is offered on another site (Etsy doesn't allow me to re-sell artisan pieces); if you are interested please let me know and I'll provide you the details.
