Domestic packages: These are usually shipped with priority shipping (with the exception of a pattern orders or fat quarter bundles, which are shipped First Class).
International orders: These are shipped using the least expensive means possible. Overages more than $1 (US) are refunded. Sometimes orders can be held by your country's customs office. Additional charges from your Customs Office will not be the responsibility of the seller. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders are shipped on Fridays.
I refund significant overages in shipping. If you are an international customer, please contact me for multiple yardage orders to get an accurate quote on shipping.
DOMESTIC All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL All International purchases are shipped by USPS. First Class or Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes do not have tracking information, and delivery confirmation or insurance is not available.
Please understand that Customs can hold a package for quite a bit of time before releasing it for delivery. This is completely out of my control, or the control of the USPS.
LOST / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES I provide tracking on all Domestic orders. Unless you request signature confirmation or insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or non-delivered packages.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Fabrics that we had freshly cut for you are NOT eligible for return. Notions and Patterns can be if they are still in their original packaging unopened and can still go back to our shelf for reselling. Approved order cancellations will be fully refunded minus a $5 restocking fee. Buyer responsible for return shipping charges. I do not refund shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent out to you.
Sewing Machines returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received. Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, mint condition, as shipped.
If the product was opened and/or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer has 2 different return options. Please read the below options carefully and choose which return option fits you best.
Sewing Machine Return Option 1 - If the product was opened or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer can return the product within 30 days of invoice date for a Full Website Credit. The Full Purchase Price will be provided to the buyer as a Website Credit. This Website Credit must be used on www.sewmagarbo.com or our Etsy store. Credits issued are only good for one year any credit over one year will automatically be cancelled. Credits can only be used in our Etsy store or our website: www.sewmagarbo.com Disclaimer: Sew Magarbo reserves the right to determine after inspection the level of condition of item returned.
Sewing Machine Return Option 2 - If the product was opened or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer can return the product within 30 days of invoice date with a 50% Restocking Fee. The Full Purchase Price, minus a 50% Restocking Fee, will be provided to the buyer as a Refund to the payment option used to purchase the product. CUSTOMIZED items cannot be refunded as they were specific to your requests.
Our store reserves the right to deny any return that is not in original condition.
*Please note: Many pictures displaying fabric designs and colors are direct from manufacturer and untouched. Therefore, they are as accurate as possible. In some cases, computer monitors can display the colors differently, so there may be a variation in the color once your fabric arrives. If you are not satisfied with the colors, or scale of the design, you may return your purchase, within 7 days of receipt, in new/original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom listings will be available for 24 hours, once posted.
Minimum cut requirement is 1/2 yard. All cuts after that can be made in 1/2 yard increments.
If you order more than one cut of the same fabric (for example, you purchase a 1 yard cut and a 1/2 yard cut), the fabric will be cut as one continuous piece unless you request otherwise. If you order a fat quarter and a yardage cut of the same fabric (for example, you purchase a 1 yard cut and 1 FQ), the fabrics will be cut separately unless you request otherwise.
BIRCH / ORGANIC FABIRC Organic fabric will have some natural imperfections due to the process in which it is bleached and printed. Birch fabrics feels that these imperfections only add character to the fabric. Please thoroughly inspect your fabric to be sure that you are please with the quality before you cut into the fabric. My Fabric Store will only refund or exchange fabric that has not been cut and is in original / new condition. Please message me if you have any questions regarding organic fabric.
IMPERFECTIONS (in general) Some bolts of fabric may have a few minor flaws here or there. I do inspect the fabric before shipment for any flaws, however, smaller imperfections may go unnoticed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the condition of your fabric, you may return it. My Fabric Store will only refund or exchange fabric that has not been cut and is in original / new condition. Please inspect your fabric before use and please message me if you are not completely satisfied.
